Can I sign up even if you didn't build my website?
Yes! Our WordPress Care Plans are perfect for any site built on WordPress. If you still have questions, please contact us.
Are premium plugins included in the Website Care Plan?
Yes, your WordPress Care Plan includes key premium plugins we use to maintain performance and security, such as Elementor Pro (for design and editing) and CleanTalk (for spam protection).
If we built your website, these plugins are covered under your plan at no additional cost. If you’re joining the Care Plan with an existing WordPress site we didn’t build, you’ll be responsible for maintaining any other premium plugins your site currently uses.
We’ll review your existing setup during onboarding and let you know if any updates or replacements are recommended to keep your site running smoothly.
Do I need to transfer my site if it’s already hosted somewhere else?
Yes, if you’re currently hosted elsewhere, we offer a seamless migration service to move your website to our serversm. We handle all the technical details, ensuring there’s no downtime or disruption during the process.
What's included with the "Content and Design Support" benefit?
This is our monthly allotment of time dedicated to keeping your website fresh, accurate, and looking its best. It covers updates to your site’s text, images, and layouts, as well as small design adjustments to improve the user experience. Examples include:
Swapping out images or updating photo galleries
Editing or adding text to pages
Updating team bios, pricing, or service descriptions
Adding a testimonial or portfolio piece
Making small design changes (colors, fonts, spacing, layout tweaks)
Uploading blog posts you’ve written
Fixing broken links or replacing outdated files
It’s essentially your “website refresh allowance” each month, so you don’t have to wait for a big redesign to make your site better.
Do unused content and design hours roll over?
No, unused time doesn’t roll over to the next month. The monthly hour is designed for small, ongoing updates to keep your website fresh and running smoothly. If you know you’ll need extra support in an upcoming month, like adding a new page or redesigning a section, you can request additional time at our hourly rate of $100/hour.
What if I need more than 1 hour of updates per month?
Your Website Care Plan includes up to 1 hour of content and design support each month — perfect for minor edits, text changes, or image swaps. If you ever need extra help beyond that, additional time is billed at $100 per hour. You’ll always receive an estimate and approval request before any extra work begins, so there are no surprise charges.

Can I cancel my plan at anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your plan at any time. When you cancel, your plan remains active through the end of your current billing period.
If you’re hosting with us, you can export your website files and database so you can move to another provider whenever you’re ready.
